A non-refundable entry fee of $30 must accompany the first entry. Additional entries cost $20 (also non-refundable). This fee must accompany each entry form.

Works submitted must be the original work of the exhibitor, resident in Australia.

The overall weight and size of an entry is not specified however sculptors considering entering sculptures of significant size need to outline the ground area the sculpture may occupy. Indoor sculptures should be appropriate in size to display indoors.

There is no limit to the number of entries a sculptor can submit. A separate application form and entry fee (as in point 1) must accompany each entry. Only one work per artist will be shown in the exhibition.

All finalists will be invited to exhibit one small sculpture to be exhibited indoors, no larger than 80cm x 80cm x 80cm and under the same conditions of entry as the outdoor sculpture. As display area is limited size restrictions will need to be rigorously enforced. A separate entry form for this exhibition will be issued to finalists following the selection procedure.
