All entries must have the exhibitors name, price and title of the work attached at the time of delivery to Mercure Kooindah Water Golf and Spa Resort.

Exhibits will be accepted from 10am to 2pm after Tuesday April 3rd but not after Tuesday April 10th 2012 at Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort. If you expect sculptures to take more than a day to construct please note this on the entry form and the committee will contact you to make arrangements for you to commence construction on a day that is suitable. Adjudication to take place on Wednesday April 11th.

All works exhibited with the “Sculpture on The Greens” will be for sale. The Northlakes Toukley Rotary Club will deduct a commission of 33.3% from the sale price of any works sold through the exhibition.. Where appropriate 50% of this commission will be paid to the sculptor’s representative and 50% to the Rotary Club of Northlakes Toukley. Sculptors should ensure that details regarding the gallery representative and sale price are completed on the entry form.

The exhibition organisers will exercise all possible care of works submitted but will not be responsible for loss or damage whilst in its custody, or for insurance of exhibits, either in transit or on exhibition. Exhibitors are strongly recommended to insure their works.

Entry Form to be returned by December 2, 2011 together with the entry fee(s).

All unsold work to be collected between 12pm and 4pm on 31st May 2012. Works not collected after by May 31st 2012 will become the property of the Northlakes Toukley Rotary Club unless negotiated and agreed in writing without liability of any kind to the sculptor and the Northlakes Toukley Rotary Club may use or dispose of the work as it determines.

The decision of the selection panel and organising committee on all matters is final.

The placement of the finalist’s work within the exhibition will be at the sole discretion of the “Sculpture on the Greens” Committee and/or the Prize’s appointed curator/curatorial team.

Exhibitors who are able to sell multiple copies of their works should indicate this on the entry form. Sales of multiple copies of the work will be sold under the same conditions as noted in Point One.

Payment for copies will be made to the Northlakes Rotary Club and following receipt of the work by the purchaser the exhibitor will be paid.

Sculptors give permission for the organising committee to reproduce images of their work and their biographical material by any means of media for not for profit archival and promotional purposes and activities.

Where a sculptor requires mechanical equipment to install their sculpture at the Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort, procedures must be observed before installation commences. This includes notifying the Resort’s maintenance officer that equipment will be on site, all operators of equipment signing in to the venue (OHS rules), sighting all site plans of gas, water and electrical lines before installation and observing all venue rules and procedures stated or otherwise. Installations where mechanical equipment is required must occur between 9am and 3pm on the day of installation. The resort reserves the right to refuse the use of mechanical equipment.

Where, during the installation of a sculpture, damage is caused to any Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort installation, garden irrigation system or utility service (gas, water or electricity, ) the cost of this damage, as determined by the resort management, must be fully reimbursed by the sculptor. No exceptions.
